Chronicle Wines and Come Over October: Wine Tasting - Made Simple
October is the perfect time to Come Over to Chronicle Wines. This month, we’re making it easier than ever to discover great wine without the fuss, the fancy terminology, or the fear of saying the “wrong” thing.
As part of the national Come Over October campaign, we’re offering $10 tasting flights every Sunday in October for first-time visitors to the Chronicle Wines Tasting Room.
“I hear all the time that people find wine tasting intimidating,” says Saltbird Cellars founder and winemaker Robin Epperson-McCarthy. “We created this series to break down that barrier and make it easy to come in, have a taste, and discover something you love.”
Our tasting room is designed for a relaxed, one-on-one experience where you can ask questions, try something new, and talk with the people who actually make the wine.
We currently offer two tasting flights highlighting wines from our two winemakers, Robin Epperson-McCarthy and Alie Shaper. It’s a chance to taste their different styles and learn a little about what’s in your glass.
Come Over October is also about sharing the experience. Bring an old friend, a new friend, or the friend who always says, “I don’t really know anything about wine.” Our Sunday series is an easy to way to introduce new friends to Chroncile Wines.
