Chronicle Wines and Grace & Grit - A Summer Of Collaboration


One of the things we love most is creating experiences that bring people together.   That’s why we’re so excited to announce that our collaboration with Grace & Grit and Chef Adam Kaufer is becoming a weekly Thursday night tradition this summer.

Starting May 14th, every Thursday from 5-8 PM, we’ll be hosting Grace & Grit at the tasting room serving a menu including his signature Smashburger alongside its perfect pairing - Saltbird "Roseate" Rosé.

“This is our third summer collaborating with Chef Adam, and we’re excited to make it a weekly event,” says winemaker Robin Epperson-McCarthy. “These nights are about bringing people together over great food and wine and creating a space where everyone feels comfortable walking in and staying awhile.”


And of course, there’s the food.

Chef Adam’s signature Smashburger has quickly become a favorite - crispy-edged, flavorful, and perfectly indulgent.  In addition, there will be a rotating menu of seasonal dishes sourced from our local partners like Deep Roots Farm and North Fork Seafood.

For Chef Adam, the partnership is fueled by creativity and collaboration: “What I love about working with Chronicle is it gives me the opportunity to have fun creating new pairings and building food that really complements what’s in the glass."
